There is a new Honda Stream RSZ commanding attention on the roads these days. Distinctively sportier than ever, it marries stylish new enhancements with the performance, drivability, versatility and dynamic design that have been the hallmarks of the new Honda Stream RSZ.
Sporting a honey comb front grill (with a dashing chrome highlight), a newly designed back bumper with rear diffuser and tailgate spoiler plus side skirts, the exterior of the edgier new Stream RSZ looks bolder. An improved taillight design with a sporty black accent now provides better driver visibility of a tailing motorist, while side mirrors with turning indicators and new fog lamps were incorporated, offering the new Honda Stream RSZ improved illumination at night.
For its interior, refinements such as a leather gear knob and steering wheel with audio control, sporty alloy pedals and red accents across the vehicle’s instrument panel, cup holders and upholstery were added giving the latest Honda Stream RSZ a distinctive sporty feel.
However, a sportier appearance wasn’t the only improvement made to the new Stream RSZ. Now it is an even safer car to drive, thanks to the integration of Honda’s Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) system. This means in addition to the impressive performance and low fuel consumption drivers already enjoy in the powerful 1.8 i-VTEC engine with Drive-by-Wire (DBW) and 5-speed automatic transmission (5AT), they now have the added assurance knowing the overall safety of the vehicle has been further improved.
Since the launch of the 2nd Generation Honda Stream in Malaysia in November 2007, it has been well received by both families and singles with more than 2,000 units napped up 352 units of which are the RSZ model. And with the additional enhancements offered by the latest model, this trend looks set to continue.
“Contrary to popular belief, the 7-seater is not only made for families who desire the extra space and practicality. The sporty curves and superb driving performance (of the Honda Stream RSZ) are meant to define singles, whose outgoing character is their second nature,” said Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Honda Malaysia Mr. Toru Takahashi.
